This Is It! Southern Kitchen & Bar-b-q

Food was good. We just left this location because it was very uncomfortable. The floor was greasy and all the customers including the waitress was sliding across the floor. I've never been so disappointed with this location. My husband order the #9 and the chicken was not cooked fully, so he reordered the fish. Husband went to restroom and it was nasty. Not impressed anymore With "This Is It# anymore. The more they expand and franchise out, the service and atmosphere goes in a negative direction. The prices have increased and the food portions are smaller. Rib tips once were the best, but now they are dry and have very little meat on the bone. This Is It ...Is No Longer All That!!!!!

Outstanding customer service - hosts and hostesses are super friendly. The food was mediocre and extremely overpriced. The barbecue sauce was delicious, but the ribs were very tough and too chewy. The mac n cheese was yucky....tasted like it was out of a box. I've had much better southern food directly from my mother's kitchen. This place is not worth the price. I would not recommend.

I paid $14 for a Rib tip plate that was tough as nails and immediately made me sick. It didn't taste Like pork should taste at all. Not trying to be funny but I don't see how they're still in business!! Tonight was my first time going only because they were the only place open in the pavilion but I'll never be back in fact when I drive by I'm looking the other way. I pray to God I don't get food poisoning.

For my first time eating there, I'm not happy. I love soul food and this food is not so much soul in this food, more like just having food on the line to keep the customers coming. I ordered the "Rib Tips" because that's what they tend to advertise on the commercials. The ribs are tough and chewy and the taste of this pork is not good and the cabbage has no flavor. Im not going back. Thanks but no thanks.

What an awful experience. Knocked out Christmas shopping on Saturday 12/17 at Fayetteville Pavilion and wanted to get some takeout on the way home. The food overall is mediocre at best but I do like the meatloaf. There was none on the line and the server opened the kitchen and asked the chef "how long on meatloaf?" Her first response was 30 minutes and then she said 5 minutes, We paid and waited. After 15 minutes I asked what's going on and was told another 5 minutes. So now it is about 25 minutes and I walk up to the line and see a guy starting to serve a woman who came in 20 minutes after me some meatloaf. I said I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and the guy on the line said "I did not cook the food" REALLY? The woman who was working the dining room and was quick to tell us what she does not do finally brought out the food and with a smirk and then nasty grin said "here is your food..thank you" The food is not that good so it will not be a great loss not going there anymore but my reason for writing this is that the 2 employees were indignant with my wife and I. The messed us around and had an attitude with us. Customer service at an all time low.

Took 20 minute's to order! Cashier was doing something with my card & I asked her what she was doing because the swipe was on the side of the register not behind it, she said nothing. I'm monitoring my account for any suspicious activity. The waiter took 10 minute's to bring us silverware & 16 minutes to bring our beverages. After I ate the food my stomach started to hurt & the next day which is today I am experiencing vomiting & constant bowel movement! I would recommend just purchasing their sauce & cook the food on your own. I wouldn't want you to feel how I'm feeling.
