I bought breakfast at this Krystal in Fayetteville this morning and received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and great food! I told them that their customer service was so excellent that it makes me want to come back and received the response, “My pleasure! That’s my job… I want to make you want to come back.” WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Great service! Great food! Thanks Krystal.

I used to come here often; usually get decent service and my orders were right, BUT here lately every single time I come here they're closed! Today being no exception! Hours are supposed to be 7am to 6pm (now) and yet ALWAYS CLOSED! I came at 2pm and shut up tightly with all the lights off and no one there except the other 4 cars in the drive thru waiting and hoping to get some Krystal's but unfortunately everyone left disappointed and without their food! What is going on with this location!

Multiple posters on every window advertising the "country fried krystal." "We no longer carry that." Corn pups and corn pup combos all over the menu. "Those have been discontinued." In that case, clean your menu up or close your doors. One quick way to lose customers is to not carry the items you're FALSELY advertising.

Review updated below!! OLD Review: If you get fast food breakfast and haven't tried Krystals, you'll probably be surprised. Their breakfast is always fresh and pretty close to a home cooked meal. Update 2022: Really sad to see how far this store has fallen. They used to have really good breakfast made by people who seemed to take pride in their work. Now...it's terrible. Cold, improperly cooked, improperly made. The biscuits are almost always overcooked now. Most recently, ordered two sunrisers, and they didn't put the egg on them. Just cold, sausage and unmelted cheese.

Poor Customer service The server was rude.. She told us that they were closed and that they open at 11:30 mind you it was 11:26 So we decided to waiting in the drive through line and she told us to get out of the line and that we could not wait in the line 3 minutes ... Her behavior was not appropriate and she did not give her name..At that me not want to purchase anything...

Guess what Krystal is having a 👍 great deal going ALLLLLL U CAN EAT...YES ALL U CAN EAT for just $7.99 that's awesome for great price... They also got these cards when you want more turn your card over on Green for more food an Red for no more wow that's kool. So if you are on a budget just dine in an you will see Family time is the best time...

Posting this for my Dad since he is not on the internet but he went through the Krystals drive thru to order some chili cheese fries after being in the hospital. The person on the drive thru speaker told him he would have to wait for 20 minutes because all the workers decided to go on break all at the same time. He went to waffle house instead.
