This facility is a larger and nicer than the average Subway. The food was well and efficiently prepared. Like most subways, they got bogged down when business picked up - it is the nature of hand crafted sandwiches. Some of the staff were more pleasing and pleasant than others.

I meet my daughter here weekly for lunch. The employees are so very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We had an issue today with using my app to pay, and the sweet cashier paid for it herself to keep the line moving. All the employees go above and beyond to make our lunch enjoyable! It’s always so clean, too! Including the bathrooms!

I came into the U of A store around 9pm and the store was super swamped. The line was all the way to the door as people were still coming inside. The workers, Timothy and Veronica, were working hard and fast to get the line going but did it in a professional and friendly manner. My sub was amazing and Veronica made it perfectly! They went above and beyond, even under a lot of pressure. Thanks for the great experience, I will definitely be coming back to see Timothy And Veronica!
