Auntie Anne's

On Friday, I purchased three of the cinnamon and sugar pretzels I also purchased three of the icing with the pretzels. When I get home the pretzels was not edible. So I was going to call the location but unfortunately the store had closed. I went back on Sunday which is today and there were three workers there, I should have not gotten the pretzels because of the way that I was treated by the young man and the young lady that was making a pretzels. The young lady said she would call the owner and asked if they were able to give me the three pretzels. As I was standing there they were laughing and used the same hand that she used to hold her phone and continue to make pretzels. They did give me the three pretzels but when I got home the pretzels were burnt. I will return to the store because I feel like that management and owners should be aware of what took place I love these pretzels and pray, that they will get the proper training needed.

I love auntie Anne’s pretzels, they’re great! But this location isn’t that. The pretzels are always either over cooked or overdone. We went earlier today after placing and order through the app, and when we got there all the pretzels were burned because they got carried away and forgot about them. Um I thought making pretzels was your literal job? Thankfully the workers aren’t rude. But I gotta say, they’re lucky they’re the only ones in town after the Rogers location shut down, or I would never come here.

Andrew and his co worker are awesome people. Great service. I came in uncertain of my decision to finally after 13 to broke years of smelling and never enjoying. Andrew made it possible to confidently make my purchase and final results…. I love it. Just the basic model and I stepped in and said, this is the nicest pretzel I’ve ever Bit in. So go salt life. And also Andrew and I completely synchronized with our banter on sauces and effortlessly both agreed on spicy cheese dip. Hashtag no regrets.

I got discouraged to try this location's food after seeing the staff member preparing those rolled up little smokies and missing with his nose. Well wearing those same gloves he then started texting on his phone and then while wearing those same gloves went back to preparing the food again. This was at the Northwest Arkansas mall yesterday. I would suggest somebody give this man some lessons on cleansingness when handling food.
