Their flavor choices are awesome, but… When we arrived there was a car pulling into the drive through, she helped them first, took their order, made it and finished them out before greeting us, which was fine. However, after she took our order she went to start it and then decided she would take someone else’s order first (mind you we just stood patiently for almost 10 minutes waiting, and now we are waiting again) so she took the next customers order, then finally started our order, BUT then she waited again to give us our 1 snow cone until she also finished making the next customers order. WHY? If a customers order is completely ready and they are sitting in the heat waiting, why would you not hand it to them until you make the next order too? Very poor logic and efficiency. She needs to work smarter and faster. This was the Rogers location
