I'm done giving these guys a break. The last 5 times I've ordered a sandwich to be delivered less than half a mile a way it takes damn near 2 hours and the delivery person is hardly apologetic. This time my order was so wrong. Just a completely different sandwich. I just ate it because it's easier than getting them to fix it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times and it appears I am not alone. The last 4 times I have ordered from here it has taken over an hour and a half, every time. Several of those times it meant I didn't get to eat lunch because I had to be in meetings for the afternoon. I've been ordering from this location for over 10 years and it's always been fast and friendly. To add insult to injury the drivers have offered very weak excuses, if any, and never an apology or even an acknowledgement of the wait time. It's a shame as I like their sandwiches and it's always been so convenient while at work, until now.

"Subs so slow you'll forget you ordered it" Multiple times I have ordered from this location with 90+ minute delivery times from 7 minutes away. Today I called after their order tracker showed that the sandwich hadn't even been made after an hour, and was told "hey we're just moving slow today, we'll be getting them out soon." I get it, some days are harder than others, but this is becoming the norm, rather than an exception at this location.

"Freaky Fast?" I work on Gregg Ave, 2 miles from the Dickson St location, about the same from the college ave location. 3 times the College location has told me they can't deliver here due to lack of drivers, too many customers in the store, etc, excuse after excuse. I have had the Dickson St location deliver to me three times, once they took 1 1/2 hours, once they forgot my drink, once they never showed up. I keep giving them chances, bc I like their food. Today, the Dickson St location said I was too far away (again 2 miles), and college didn't have enough delivery drivers to get it here on time. No more chances, they've lost my business - I get the feeling they don't care anyway. Btw, for me to write a bad review, well, I'm 60, and this is the 1st one ever that I've written. But Fayetteville jimmy John's need much improvement.

Today my husband ordered me a sandwich and a tea at 11:09. It was delivered a mile away at 11:50. I had a small lunch break from 11-12. I told my husband to just call and cancel it after I waited 25 minutes.. he couldn't get through. I left to go get food before I had to be back to work. They finally delivered at 11:50. Freaky slow? I could have drove there are it and been back to work in less time. This isn't the first time. The delivery dude was rude and did not apologize. That would have been nice. So I already ate somewhere else since I had 40+ minutes...and now have this sub sitting here. Thanks guys.

Two gals working had friends inside standing around maskless. Two friends stood right outside the front door and smoked cigarettes until tossing their cigarette butts onto the sidewalk. One friend stood near the front counter and used vulgar language. I dined while these things happened. It was not a good dining experience. I will not go back.
