Ihop

The food was pretty rough last time we were there. I guess for the price I probably should give it four stars but the service was also really slow and not very friendly. They also got our order wrong and then blamed us and then the menu. Wasn’t the best experience, but my kid loved it, so I guess there’s that.

IHOP has always been our favorite. This is just another location. We visited this location for dinner. Is it because of the COVID pandemic, or just a bad luck that we felt the quality and standard of IHOP has fallen miserably? The staff work here are very nice and welcoming. They helped us getting food quickly and always checked back. The 5$ super deal of omelette and pancakes are unbeatable. My husband ordered for that while I took a regular pancake combo. My favorite pancake has always been the whole grains and nuts ( The one with walnut in it). The food in ihop mostly been greasy, but this time I felt it to be super greasy. The cooking oil/ butter was stinky. I don’t know what do they use. The pancake combo came with a couple of pancakes, and two eggs, and hash brown and bacon ( you can choose other meat alternative). The hash brown was dry and hard, the egg and the bacon was super greasy. Even I could not find their signature four different varieties of maple syrup. The waiter gave four small plastic cups fill of syrup, but they tasted the same.

I love breakfast for dinner and since breakfast is always available, it was an easy choice. We ordered pick up. My pancakes were nice and fluffy. My only complaint is I don't know why frozen butter is what you are given? My husband enjoyed his omelet. He said it was very good and was still hot. All in all, it was a good experience.

Pretty solid as far as IHOPs go. The food was good but the service could've been better. We were hardly checked on the whole time and it wasn't busy at all. I got a classic burger but it made my stomach hurt by the end of the meal. Hopefully it was just a one time thing. Update: I came back and got the quick 2 egg meal and it was better than the burger.

Food was good! Service was not, waitress never came back to refill water, forgot orders and food, when asked for refill water she went to take another order. Asked another waitress to get water and she went and took another persons order. Also never received my To-go order. Waitress also kept leaving while trying my group was trying to pay causing our travel to be delayed.
