Baldinos Giant Jersey Subs

It was good. Fast service. I had the club. Bacon was crispy and overall the sandwich was fair. The bread wasn't anything special at all. Just sort of a dry sub roll. The bread in Fayetteville NC is just different from anywhere else I've ever been. If I owned a deli I would be sure to step up my bread game cause it's pretty damn important for a sub or sandwich shop. Other than that no complaints. It was clean and quick and basically on par with everyone else as far as price goes.

Baldino's normally does a good job at getting your order correct but today was different. I specifically told the gentleman who took my order what I wanted on my sub but it was not right when I got back to work. I only had a 30 min break so there was no time to go all the way back and get a new sub. When I called I explained my sandwich was wrong , the lady said the guy who made my sub was new. I feel like it should have been some type of credit for the inconvience but good customer service is hard to come by. I will not be eating at the Owen Dr location again.

I love Baldinos subs. Your party trays are great for my family. I think I was told something erroneous in your Hope Mills store today. I ordered a party tray for my family of 9 ( I have 7 kids) and was told that I couldn't get all of the lettuce, oil, tomato etc. on the side. They said that was your policy. Is this true? I have kids that don't eat certain things and not everyone has the exact same tastes. Plus "on the side" keeps the sandwiches from getting soggy. I'd appreciate your feedback. Thaks!

I honestly thought I was in for a treat coming here. It says giant subs in the name so I figured it would be great. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything special, it was almost less meat than an average sub. I ordered a steak and cheese, which is supposed to be a favorite among folks, which turned out to a steak-umm sub. I wasn't too thrilled, but it did have good service though.

They are not helpful when it comes to customer service. This was my second time and both experiences were not good. If it's a person's first time and their looking at the menu, the staff should be able to recommend the best deals or combos, or say this has this or that, that you would be better off getting the combo ma'am ect. I will go to Jersey mikes or another baldinos before I go to the one off of Owen drive again.
