Auntie Anne's

I am a door dasher and i came here trying to pick up the order. Upon arrival no employees were present. I waited for about 10-15 minutes tor an employee to show up and once she did, she was on the phone and ignoring me until she got done with her conversation. I then told her i was picking up an order and she said “its not ready and ive updated it in the system to show that” when i asked her how long it would take she then stated that “she didnt kmow and thats not her problem”. I dont know this employees name as im still waiting but she has blonde highlights for anyone who is in management. Please find some better employees. Thats why your business will never succeed.

I sent my 16 year old in solo to get his favorite snack. He has a $20 and returns to the car while I was getting a Walmart pick up. He had a really dark pretzel missing salt. He said it still tasted ok. I tried it and I guess it was ok but he said he tried to ask about salt but the employees were wearing ear buds and didn’t want to be bothered with his questions. Now I say this came from my 16 year old but he is a pretty honest kid. The second pretzel did have salt. I guess I wouldn’t have hated the lack of preparation so much of it was a ams club $.97 option but come on Auntie Ann’s! Your twisted dough cost way too much for you to give sub par product. This pretzel is too dark and crunchy without butter or salt.

Don't eat here. They touch everything and don't change there gloves. They don't move with no sense of care in the world. Pay no attention to customers they just have headphones in ears and ignoring us. They boy with the BE KIND shirt on needs to take it off cause he was rude. They really didn't want to work. It took me bout 30 minutes to get my meal. And was not offered a apologize for the Terrible service and they food was still doughy. Wont be coming back they are not clean and do give a **** bout what the customers want or the customers time

This is the worst Auntie Anne's for customer service ever. There's one female employee who won't even acknowledge you because she's on her cell. Twice, I paid for my order, and since it wasn't ready, I told them I'll be back in 10 minutes for the cinnamon sugar, which they never have available. When I got back, still had to wait 10 minutes. This last visit, I ordered two cinnamon sugar pretzels. Waited for them, and when she handed me the bag, I left. I get to my car, look inside, and bam! No cinnamon sugar, just plain pretzels. Never again, three strikes, I'm out.

HORRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My husband asked if they were open and the worker just rolled her eyes. It was our first time there and we weren’t sure how it goes, she was just being rude the whole time! To add onto that we got our order and every single piece of it tasted like chemicals, prior to us ordering she had some kind of soap or chemicals all over her hand and just wiped it off and then took our order🤮 NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

The overall experience was terrible. The employees were not professional whatsoever, giving away free stuff to their “friends”, not washing their hands prior to preparing food, and overall very disrespectful. I ordered pretzels and it had an excess of some white powder on it that tasted like I was eating a sofa. I don’t know where they find these employees, or lack thereof, however new management needs to be in effect to raise up to a level of common sense and decency. Very lucky that I did not contact the Health Department.

These were the worst pretzels I have ever had. I would give this place no stars. However,the one in the mall is great! Now. Ghetto and Dirty. The guy here specifically asked me did I want butter and salt,I told him yes. Not only were the pretzels burnt,but there was no butter and salt! The lemonade tasted weird,and I'm just not going back.
