I ordered a sundae. This is what I got. I know shrinkflation is a new thing but is this what a sundae looks like now? I'd rather them had just told me the ice cram machine didn't work like they usually do. Wont be back to this one anytime soon.

Large Fry contain half full, cold and burned on the tips. Could not contact store, phone rings but no pick up or answering machine. Called 919 number listed on receipt to get voice-mail. I thought this location was improving however, this clearly proves that they have not.

Went there today as a quick stop and it was worst decision ever. This is the kind of food quality this place provides, raw and uncooked burger meat? Completely disgusting!!! Beware to check y’all food before leaving this place.

Wanted to order an Iced Caramel Mocha Coffee. I had a 99 cents coupon for this item. The manager refused to honor the coupon even though the app clearly stated the item was eligible. Didn’t even try to do a manage override. Will actually never eat at a McDonald’s again, thank you Raeford Road team!

The other day after I had received my purchase, I pulled up a bit to sort my money and put it back in the wallet. The woman at the counter who had a piercing between her eyebrows was incredibly rude and snarky and laughed at being rude and snarky towards a customer. McDonald's needs to be better about who they hire, this is a poor representation of their company and shouldn't hire people like that especially when they get paid pretty well.

Anyway so we have been to two different McDonald’s in Fayetteville…. TWO freaking McDonald’s and both have told us they are not serving food to customers who are not ordering threw DoorDash or grub hub …. I won’t lie I didn’t ask in the nicest of ways but I called this McDonald’s to ask if they were “serving food to customers driving threw the drive threw” and they didnt even answer my question and just hung up the phone it is 3:14 in the morning sorry I didn’t wanna drive ten minutes for legit nothing 🖕🖕

Ordered fish sandwich combo no cheese on the fish and it look like the dropped a old piece of fish. Fries were cold even the second order. Dirty grease
