Hungry Howies Pizza

My husband & I absolutely LOVE their food but our personal favorites are the pizzas, subs, & that delicious Howie cookie! Our overall experience was 5 PLUS stars from ordering the food, dealing with the employees who have always been professional & given us service with a smile, cleanliness of the establishment, the delicious food itself, & meeting the new owner Robert who has truly changed this place for the better in every aspect in my opinion as my husband & I have been ordering at this particular location for a while now. I definitely recommend the food 100% especially knowing that the dough is made fresh every day & their ingredients are always fresh too! You won't be disappointed. 😁

So today was my first time trying Hungry Howie's and it was not great the pizza was missing something the cinnamon bread was too hard to enjoy my order was not placed correctly but I went on and paid for it because they'd already made it I will not be returning to this establishment because it was a waste of almost $20

I am extremely disappointed with my service today. I don’t eat pizza often but I was craving pizza and I have had good service and pizza in the past and decided to return. The app was not very user friendly, one wrong mistake and it deleted the entire order. I had a order of a total $17.78 including tax, $16.48 before tax when I ordered online. I was able to check out and pay through the app with my card and it was going to pay with my card and couldn’t find it so decided to pay cash once I picked up my order. Once arriving I gave the lady my name to pick up and pay for my order. She tells me the order is $19.94. I told her my email confirmation says $17.78 and showed her my email confirmation. She says “Well on my screen it says $19.94 and that’s what you have to pay” I asked if I can speak to a manager because that does not make sense to me. She replies “I am the general manager.” I begin to ask her why she would have a different total that what I do and she said “I don’t know I don’t deal with the app and I can’t change the price”. There was a line behind me and decided to pay with my credit card that I had since I can just dispute the charges. She then hands me my boxes and then I see another two receipts with my order total of $17.78 with a sticker on the box and show her. She just looks at me and doesn’t really say anything and just says “I see what you mean”. She didn’t do anything to fix it after that other than give me a complementary ranch. This was my first time also ordering boneless buffalo wings and they are pretty much chicken nuggets with a buffalo sauce. The buffalo sauce is really good but I recommend the regular with bone wings. My pizza was good but I’m very disappointed with the service.

I made an unexpected stop them other night and the food was excellent. I got an Italian sub and its came wrapped in a pizza type dough. It was delicious!!. It was very very busy and the lady that I dealt with (Kindrea H) was very nice and seemed to deal with the holiday rush and the covid bullcrap very well dispite aggittated customers. I highly recommend this establishment.
