Taco Bell

Went in after the lunch rush, I was the only person in the restaurant. Everyone saw me standing there and ignored me. After 5 minutes one person came from the back to take my order. It must have been "her" job, because no one else budged and instead spent that time to joke around with each other. She took my order and 10 minutes goes by. The manager came out and asked me my name, checked on the order, and told the workers to get on it. They ignored him, I sat another 5 minutes before I just asked the manager for a refund. I felt bad for him since firing those workers would just hurt him. The drive through had maybe one car at a time and I was alone in the place. Exceptionally lazy, rude, and disrespectful employees. Kudos to the manager for doing the best he has with what he's got.

Worst Taco Bell. First thing was we were told that we couldn't order at the counter, we had to use the kiosk. After ordering we got our condiments, napkins, etc. and sat at a table while we waited for our order. Then another employee told us that we couldn't dine-in....take out only. No signs saying take out only and the first employee said nothing us when we placed our order. So we finally get our order at the counter, but didn't get our drinks. When I asked if we could get our drink cups another employee told me that they were too busy and I would have to wait to get the cups. To top it off the food was nasty. So we are forced to eat outside because the dining room was closed, but there were no trash cans outside where we could throw our trash, so yep, I put our family's trash in their cigarette butt can outside right by the door. Stay away from this place. Taco Bell should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this location.
