12/8/21 Ordered a 8 piece meal. Paid $25. 91. After waiting about 15 minutes for fresh cooked chicken, I got GREASY, NASTY looking chicken. I went back and got my money back. Manager on duty said she couldn't do anything about it because their cooking equipment was not working properly. She said it was not her problem and each time their chicken fryer got repaired, it still did not work. So....why is KFC selling chicken that looks like this picture? Been having problems for past two months from Gray's Creek KFC. They used to have excellent food. Not anymore.

My wife bought a chicken pot pie from this restaurant tonight. It was dry and had obviously been made much earlier today and so dry it was inedible. She called the store and the manager was very rude. When she asked to speak with the owner, she was by the manager, "I don't have their number." Poor quality food and even worse customer service...take your money elsewhere.

I tried the Nashville tenders for the first time. I do have to say it’s not as hot as Prince’s Hot Chicken in Nashville. Lol. For those who has tried Prince’s…it’s no joke. Flavor was there. I’m glad I only got the 3 pc Nashville meal was like $7 as there wasn’t much of a wow factor. I had a bite or two but my daughter ended up finishing the rest. We also got the 8pc dark meat fill up and it was good. I had some Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and chicken. My kids ate the biscuits as I’m not big on biscuits. We also got fries and it was seasoned well just didn’t taste fresh by the time my son got home which we live 5 minutes away. Updated visit 12/29/2021: We got the wrong order even after driving up to the window and explaining exactly what we wanted. We ordered a #2 (but wanted two thighs instead) with coleslaw and two #11s (one we wanted tenders, the other we wanted wings). Not only did the worker repeat our order but we asked if we could substitute the tenders to wings of the #11. She made it seem like It wasn’t an issue. We get all the way home and my #2 had two wings and NOT the two thighs that I asked for. The coleslaw wasn’t fresh and it seemed like it wasn’t freshly pulled out of the fridge. The #11 wings we asked for were tenders. The only order they got right was one #11. I spent about $30 only to get 1/3 of my order wrong. The worker even repeated the order only to get it wrong. This isn’t the first time this location has gotten my order wrong. I don’t come here often at all because of this but because my boyfriend wanted the Nashville hot tenders. If you do go to this location, double check your order before you leave. This is definitely a place I don’t frequent too often.

This was the absolute cleanest KFC I have ever went to inside and out. Chicken was delicious very crispy and great. Jeremiah C. Was the sweetest and very friendly person ever. He was outside cleaning when we arrived. He welcomed us. I went inside to use the restroom came out he was cleaning inside. He waited on us such a professional. Such a sweetheart . This world needs more Jeremiah Cs.. hope life treats you well . Happy trails.

I want to commend the staff who were on duty today around 3:15pm. My husband, a disabled veteran, fell in the restroom. I asked for help and the staff immediately responded. A young man, I think his name was Andre, was more than kind to my husband and helped get him off the floor. My husband weighs 239 pounds and Andre may have weighed 150. But he was able to get him up. I cannot say enough about this young man and how courteous he was. Also, the food was hot and delicious. I asked for my livers to be cooked extra crisp and they were! My husband's chicken tenders were hot and crispy too. We travel to the VA hospital in Fayetteville a lot. We stop at Gray's Creek for KFC and have never been disappointed.

My order was took soon as I came through the door but when I got home the chicken wasn't fresh had a dark yellow to color to meat under skin.Can't go an hour away to make a compliant cause I was traveling through.The smiles and friendliness was great but not the food.That's one 20 I wish I didn't spend
