Sat at the Drive-thru speaker for 3 minutes before we had to ask for service. Did not get the extra bacon on what appeared to be yesterday's biscuits. Don't ask for half sweet/ unsweetened tea. It clearly doesn't exist.
This was the slowest customer service having not received what we waited so long for.

Very slow service had to wait like 15-20 mins for a chicken sandwich the manager was doing what seemed like a interview and still was very rude and high strung but to come off the way she did she doesn't care about customer service and although at the same time there are some good friendly kind people working here that try there best to make sure the customer is satisfied..... This is my second bad experience at this location so I probably won't be going back

The fried chicken was delicious. The biscuits were buttery and soft. My son especially loved the dirty rice.

This is the only place that is still doing exact change why? I don’t understand. Are the workers here not going to the bank it’s such an inconvenience they never have the decency to make a sign so when you get up to the window I was practically yelled at by the worker asking do I have exact change no I don’t even know what my total was going to be but seeing how this place wants to test and treat people this way, can only give 1 star and not coming back. Do better Bonjangles!!

The order taker was extremely rude and the manager was working right beside her and said nothing plus got pulled up and waited over 15 mins for my food. The whole store needs customer service training.

Sometimes its hit or miss here. Check your order for items before leaving or you might have to make a trip back. Staff usually nice.
