Wendy's

Edit: came back today and Patience was the best!! She was so friendly and so fast. She as well helped me to my car with my large order. This Wendy’s is the best!! This is a wonderful Wendy’s!! I came in with a large order for my coworkers and they were so professional and pleasant. The manger on duty was very helpful in making sure my large order was correct. Everything was hot and fresh. The cashier Ernest was upbeat and had the best positive attitude. I will definitely come back!! Antwon even helped me to my car and made sure my drinks were safe and wouldn’t spill. Overall the experience was quick and wonderful!

I was delivering an order for DoorDash and at the window they handed us the wrong order. We told them at the window but they said it was nothing they could do about it. We knew it was wrong because they gave us way too many bags and none of our drinks. We go to deliver the order and the customer is obviously unsatisfied because she did not get her food. We go back to Wendy’s and the staff said they gave the order out to a different driver. We call the customer back and said no one else has delivered or is delivering her order. We come to the conclusion that they must have mixed up the orders so as we are explaining the situation to them they tell us they cannot remake the order because they already handed it out. We ended up having two full bags of food, and no drinks. Extremely unprofessional.

Just went through the drive through line and I have to say wow. I am disgusted. I go to this wendys multiple times and never had this situation. They were a bit busy which is understandable and although everything was right in my order I was cursed out by there cook because I drove off to the second window even tho it was a accident and the lady at the first window didn’t even greet me so I thought I had to go to the second window.
