I’ve noticed a steady decline of service quality at Subway since covid started. But the lady who served me tonight was the most polite subway worker I have had in at least 3 years.... I came in with about 8 min before close and she was still very polite and did not appear to be annoyed that I came in so close to close.
All I can say is thank you!

Madison was friendly, efficient, and got my order perfect. Very clean and well managed facility with 30min parking option. Bathrooms available for Subway patrons. Will definitely be returning .

Just ordered from this location through Postmates not even an hour ago! The driver was A-1, but the food definitely didn't compliment the delivery service. The sandwich wasn't even toasted and as you can see is definitely old, flakey and crumbly. I'm closer to the Raeford location, but it somehow used this location. Asked for salt and pepper and the preparer of this sandwich pulled no punches. I don't know if they were new or just didn't want to make it, but either way they would be better suited for a different position other than preperation. If I wanted crouton I would've just just ordered the salad. Definitely avoiding this location at all costs.

I have been to different Subways across America, & I will say this is the best one I've ever been towards. I went back again today, because I appreciate the details to making the right sub. Great customer service & setting up the sandwich that I always get when I go to Subway. I promise the workers I would give them a very good comment today, because I really like how they handle business. I don't see that much. Please keep up the great customer service.

This is the first subway I’ve found in town to be so well maintained,cleaned, and friendly. I haven’t been to one in awhile because some run out of date food and is dirty. . The lady was patient and helped me make my sandwich just how I would like. Carlos was extremely friendly. Not only do the employees show they enjoy their job but put hard work in to maintain every inch of this store. Definitely will come in again.

I’ve been eating subway since I was a child, I’m 27 now. I eat Subway almost 3 times a week in my home town. I’m here visiting the local area. This was HANDS DOWN the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Subway. I don’t even know how to word the exceeding factors of that place. The guy who made my sandwich was Carlos. Happiest, most respectable, chipper man I’ve ever seen in a Subway. I’m sad this isn’t my local store. Highly impressed.

Extremely disappointed, arrived at the store, showed the woman our coupons that we had received in the mail for two sandwiches with drinks for free before making our sandwiches. She acknowledged the coupons said no problem and proceeded to ask us what our sandwiches we’re going to be. The sandwich making took 10 minutes because she stated that they were very busy prior to her arrival and she needed to keep running for ingredients that had run out of prior. No problem, understandable. Then, we wanted one of the sandwiches to be toasted and the employee turned around dropped the sandwich tray on the ground, floundered for a little bit looking for a new one and then proceeded to use the one she dropped on the ground to toast the sandwich. The biggest the problem lies in the end when we began checking out with our coupons and we were told that the coupons were not something the manager had ever seen before. She proceeded to call somebody else to discuss this matter as we stood and waited for another 20 minutes. She discussed with us and the other person on the phone that the coupons were for corporate and they were not. How are we supposed to know who is corporate and who is not? She was unable to answer that question. In the end they ended up not excepting the coupons and we walked out without our sandwiches. Not only did they end up wasting both sandwiches that day but they lost two customers for good. Don’t send us coupons in the mail that you were unwilling to accept!

My husband and I came to this location this morning, and they were very polite and courteous. The gentleman who made our sandwiches was also very friendly and quick. Thank you so much guys and keep up the good work!!!
