Burger King

Stopped at this BK on my 7 hour drive home to stretch and grab a veggie burger combo meal. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, service was fast and friendly enough (I've had better, but it definitely wasn't anything to complain about), they had one of those crazy beverage machines with 150+ options, and the food was okay. It wasn't the greatest round of fries, as they could have been crispier and more salted, but eh, it's 2 star worthy fast food.

So I travel a lot and as a vegan I have a hard time finding a place to eat so Burger King because of the impossible burger is a great option for me. I’ll stop at Burger King pretty much anytime I stop along the road. I’ve gone as far as Pennsylvania all the way down to Georgia and Tennessee Virginia South Carolina North Carolina. Yes Burger King was clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The orders were quick and they made the sandwich to order without making me feel like I’m being a pain in the butt. You can tell that the management really cares and it shows with their employees as well. The bathrooms were clean the tables were freshly wiped down floors were pristine. Five stars!!!

Terrible food. Food was prepared sloppily, was cold and tasted like it had been prepared hours earlier. These kids have no clue how to prepare fresh food for paying customers and they could care less. The whole attitude of this restaurant is basically, "so what" from the guys cooking to the young ladies prepping and serving. The place isn't clean (tables were all dirty) They aren't cleaning or stocking the drink area and they don't communicate with one another as a team.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The people have no personality or manners. Everytime I have ever asked for extra mayo or extra Tatar sauce on my sandwich it comes saturated to the point of it being inedible. I always ask for matching toys for a boy..and everyone I end up either missing the toy completely or I will get one for a girl and one for a boy..and when I go in to have them fix what ever the problem is ( and there is always a problem) the attitude I get is just awful and it seems like it comes from the fact that I had the audacity to customize my order in anyway. The dining room was deplorable, I had to move trash in order for my kids to sit down and the table was sticky in some spots..

These employees are horrible.... It's not hard to take order fill order and so on... asked for Whoopers 2-10$ got impossible whopper instead (yuck)ashed for a chocolate shake didn't get One gal working could not have cared less if she tried... fries were cold 2 drinks come with order only One straw and that one was busted. Just like the service and food at this Burger King ..epic fail!!!
