Went there to get a 12 pc family meal. I live on the other side of town mind you got my food went home to discover half the chicken was legs! Called the store told the manager what had happened she told me to bring the chicken back to exchange it. So I had to drive back across town to exchange it with no additional compensation for my time or money. Customer service isn't what it used to be

I do not recommend this place at all. It is an insult to the customer who pays his money. On 04/14/22 I bought a family order and when it arrives at my house. they only put wings that looked like pigeon wings because they were definitely not chicken and the fries were big and they put it small

Inside always closed for no reason. Why wait 45 min in drive thru line to get to the speaker just to say i ordered/paid online, just to wait another 30 min to get your food - with mobile order. Their service here has been slow ever since they opened. If your taking no type order inside no one can enter - why is your line all the way out into skibo road almost to the zaxbys next door (YOUR COMPETITION who line is never this bad), shouldn't service be faster🤔 !!!??? This is recurring no matter day or time. I will never eat at this place or order ever again. The food isn't even that good for the wait fresh or not. In the pictures that truck had barely moved in 10+ min.

Went to try the flounder sandwich. Already not serving it. I was disappointed about that. The cashier was very friendly and understanding. I did order the chicken sandwich, still as awesome as day one. Will continue going to Popeyes. Hopefully they will bring back the flounder sandwich again.

I was in the mood for Fried chicken but I had no desire to cook any. Popeyes had the 2 can dine for $8.99 coupon deal. It was more than enough for me and my family. I tried the Mac and Cheese and it taste great.

My first visit at this location. Had long lines of cars at the drive through. No issues with that. It's good for business. The representative I dealt with was courteous and got my order right. Store appearance was clean.

This will be straight to the point. The service is slow they up charge without telling you. Then you get home to old chicken that was fried in old oil at that. This not good representation of the Popeye's franchise. Management needs to do better .

We had a big order and when we got home we realized we were missing 12 pics of chicken and rice. We called and were upset that we had to go all the way back with our whole order and receipt. But when we got there Ms. Stephanie took such good care of us and made sure we got a little extra for our travels. I wasn’t happy with the service at first but Ms. Stephanie made it all worth it.
