It was a dreary, wet and rainy day, however the staff greeted me with energetic smiles. The restaurant was clean and floors dry considering the weather. The cashier was patient as it took me a moment to decide. When I received my order it was pleasing to the eye and it was Long John Silver's tasty.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. A Long John Silver piping hot family-sized side order of corn was placed in a plastic container by the clerk and then packed into a paper thin Taco Bell bag unbeknownst to me as the Taco Bell items expected in the bag were the standard quesedilla (in plastic at normal temperature) and a chicken bowl also at normal temperature. Needless to say, after placing the Taco Bell bag on the floor board carpet and driving home, the unexpected occurred. After pulling in the garage and proceeding to the passenger side to retrieve the food, immediately, the bottom of the bag fell out and all the food fell thru from--the piping hot family-sized corn that should have been packed in the plastic Long John Silver bag and NOT the thin paper Taco Bell bag. The heat and steam appeared to have popped the plastic top off IF it was ever truly placed on securely. After observing our dinner in amazement on the garage floor, I called the Taco Bell-Long John Silver. 13 times I called with NO answer. After my 15 year old and I cleaned up the mess, mind you, while still calling the Taco Bell-Long John Silver on speaker--NO ANSWER. I even called a different Taco Bell on Ramsey Steet to verify the closing time and to obtain another number to the Yadkin Road establishment. Ramsey Street Taco Bell immediately picked up and stated they closed at 2 a.m. and unfortunately, the number I was calling was in fact the same number they use to call. Needless to say I politely bagged up the food packing disaster and proceeded BACK the ~20 minutes back to Yadkin Road. Of course the dining room was closed which forced me to wait yet again in the drive thru line. I requested the Manager, proceeded to show her the photos while informing her of the poor judgment in packing the items as a teaching tool for whomever packed it and immediately, after the manager asked me to pull back to the front doors, the manager (Lupe) became defensive and short. After I informed her she was in no position to be rude after failing to answer the phone at least 13 times (showed her the unanswered calls on my phone as well as the answered one at Ramsey) and my intention to contact Corporate, of course, her attitude changed. It's just amazing to me how Long John Silver-Taco Bell's epic failure across the board with the packaging, unanswered calls by the Manager, as well as poor customer service by the Manager appears to be a sad norm in some businesses now. Mistakes happen--I got it but to take on an uncaring, defensive, and negative stance representing an establishment is highly unacceptable. Thank goodness I'm a different person at this stage in my life🙏🏽Was it resolved, after I wasted my time returning to the establishment and only after I directly conveyed to the manager she had no right to be rude. Sad. Kudos to my 15 year old for assisting in cleaning up the mess without issue.😊👏🏽

I went to obtain my refund for my missing drink and the GM was very nice. It is unfortunate that this has been my only pleasant experience, but that is not her fault. I am raising my stars from 1-3. Thank you for you kindness.

Just had a co-worker come through drive thru and they messed up the order. So he paid for items he did not receive, the person that took the order was a little rude. My order is incomplete for they money I paid and I am really trying to understand why each time I decide to get food from here it is always wrong! I want my money, that much I do know. I am not coming back tonight because I am at work. Please do better. This is why I do not care to eat out!

I bought a chicken diner for me and my mother, and asked for plenty of tartar sauce, and got none, hot sauce for chicken, and got taco hot sauce mixed with regular hot sauce, got ripped for one side of coleslaw, too! And the attitudes from the workers make me not want to eat there anymore... 2* because the chicken was good.

If I could give less stars I would! I drove across town just for some chicken and shrimp,I ordered the family feast with a extra side of rice and shrimp. I noticed the missing sides immediately and went back. Instead of the family sized sides I was given personal sizes and I ordered 7 chicken and 1 fish because pretty much everyone is allergic to fish, however I received 7 fish and 1 chicken...and no shrimp! Didn't realize until I was back on cedar creek and I wasn't going back a third time. Do better! Yall suck!! So we still dont have dinner

I went to taco bell. I was the only customer. Its drive thru only. I ordered sides of shredded cheddar cheese and at the window I asked for a spoon. I received nacho cheese and a fork with my meal. In reality I don't expect much from fast food "restaurants" but, the girl even told me your spoon is in the bag. 😕

I do eat at this restaurant in frequently however every time I’ve been there the staff has been friendly and the service has been quick the food is always what you expect nothing spectacular but I’ve never had any bad food from the place either just a good consistent lunchtime place to eat

The staff in the drive out were supper friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is even with eating the food in the parking lot right after getting it. It was cold like it had been sitting awhile even though I was the only car in line and did not have to wait for my food.
