I just ordered chicken Sammies who is owned by red robins. Every chicken sandwiches we ordered arrived burnt and we even got a wrong sandwich. This is crazy since I just spent $85 on 5 sandwiches. If I wanted a sandwich that looked like a burger I would have ordered burgers not burnt chicken. I can't leave a review on their site so the parent company gets it. This is not acceptable especially with the cost of everything going up. So not happy and will not order from them again. What terrible service. Obviously they don't care about their customers. I do not recommend them at all!

Do not know where to begin, was meeting another couple for dinner, got our appetizers and drinks quick, but the food? An hour later! Would not have gotten it then if we hadn't said anything, when we finally got it! ICE COLD! (No thank you) I understand places are short staff, but that shouldn't affect services, places have been short staff before all this we got going on. Hadn't we knew before they were short staff up front, we would understand the wait. Note the drink glasses in the picture, same drink different glasses.

They serve 1 heck of a burger. The Scorpion and Simple burgers were delicious as well as the "made with real ice cream" strawberry shake and the Old Fashion alcoholic beverage. Definitely going back to try some more of the menu.

We went two times within the last month. The first time we went our waitress was on top of refills and checking in. My husbands burger came out want was so raw they had to remake it. We waited 20 mins for his burger to be recooked. The second time was a mess. The waitress was very nice, but we waited 15 mins for drinks, never got our refill fries until we paid and were getting up from our table. The apps came out with our food which was a 30 min wait. I understand people are short staffed but half the time the staff was standing in the kitchen laughing and joking.
Redrobin also has this set up where someone aside from your waiter/waitress brings your drinks. I understand this is to take some of load off of your waitress. However, if you have someone getting drinks for the 10 tables just sat you will be waiting awhile. Im not sure this new method really helps. Especially when we got items brought to us that were not even ours on 3 occasions and recieved a look from the staff as if it was our fault. Overall the food was good once recieved minus the undercooked burger. The service was okay nothing over the top.

Great burgers today. All cooked nicely and not dry. Had the freckled lemonade strawberry cake. It was great. Service was fantastic today. Enjoyable meal.

We had a birthday party of about 20 people. Our waitress was amazing. I really wish I would have gotten here name. There were about 6 or 7 different tickets between all of us. She keep up with all orders. Nothing was messed up. Great job kitchen staff. Food was good.

Unfortunately, 2 weeks ago, we did not have a great experience at this location. Disgusting bathrooms, they hadn't been cleaned for days, maybe weeks, mold was growing inside toilets, trash everywhere, it was worse than a gas station bathroom. The baby changing station was broken. The drink cups had broken bottoms, no to go cups, place was sticky. The employees were not really engaged with their customers or seemed concerned at all about the sanitation of the restaurant. The place has definitely gone downhill. I understand some things, but overall this was gross. The food was good, but it made me question the sanitation of the actual kitchen and the fries were cold. Not going back anytime soon. Hope they get it right soon or back on track. We used to like taking kids here. I did write Red Robin and let them know because it was a huge shock to us.

Main pros: bottomless sides with meals.
Main cons: 6 dollar burger with 10 dollar price, lazy management, poor attention to detail, laissez-faire attitude of servers.
This place isn't bad, but it's not great either. Never has been. There are a few waiters/waitresses that really shine and genuinely care and do a good job. But the majority of the wait staff, if they care, they don't know how to be proactive about service. To be fair, each "waiter" only takes the table's order, but doesn't really serve them per se. All the tasks are done by the food runners, so I'm guessing that's why each server I saw had 5-8 tables. Overall not the worst place in Fayetteville, but certainly matches most of the mediocre service epidemic of the 'Nam.
