This morning I went to get the Dessert platter. There was an issue in the system on how to ring up the platter. Keysha and Deanna were so kind to find a way to get me rung up in the most cost efficient way. They made everything fresh and I appreciate the kindness of these ladies!! And my coworkers definitely appreciated the treats. Thank you ladies!!

Gets 2 stars because the food is awesome always. However, the wait 6 minutes for bo rounds(which seems to be the company norm) is ridiculous. I sat at the end of the curb like I was asked, because my bo rounds weren't done. No problem, thank you very much. After about let's just round down to 10 minutes, we finally got our food. My question is, when does the 6 minutes start?? Don't get me wrong, this isn't the only location that this happens at. Don't get me started about the Tarboro location. Oh God, 45 minute drive-thru time.

This is very common when it comes to ordering chicken from here. I’m about to stop using DoorDash because they never send you the chicken you order. I clearly asked for legs and thighs and was sent a 12 pack of thighs for some small children to eat. This is ridiculous! You never get what you paid for through these delivery companies. Never!!!

My biggest complaint has to be the rude staff. I understand staffing is short, but this is totally unacceptable. Not to mention they say they've been out of Bo's sauce for the past 3 months.

Ordered to go since the drive thru line was long and not moving. We went inside and ordered and the systems where down- they still took our order and was preparing it and once they went back up we paid and we still waited another mins to get our food.

The customer service at this particular bojangles is the worst I’ve seen in a while. There is always a long wait/line no matter what you order. They need to pull the young lady taking orders from the window. Her rudeness can cause a serious conflict!

I just opened up my combo box with chicken tenders and I couldn't believe what I got. 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and 15 fries. I've never paid for a combo and received such small quantities in my life at any restaurant I've ever been to. Not exaggerating.
