Lobby closed before 7pm. Either under staffed or employees don't care. Drive thru is slow as can be. Employees ask customers to repeat order then get mad when you say the order louder so they can hear. The menu offers a good value on many great food options. If you don't mind waiting a long time.
If they hire a few more and open the lobby this could double its customers by improved customer service times and get many 5 star reviews.

Was told they served good salads. Nothing posted on their menu but asked and was told their offerings. Highly recommend both the southwestern and the Apple pecan. If you don't like blue cheese I think you can request the apple without it.

Wendy's is Wendy's what do you expect. I still don't understand why I cannot get hot fries. Even when I ask for them without salt I live less than 5 minutes away and they're cold every time I come home. And I ordered my neighbor a double baconator and he got a single so not only did I get cold fries I got shorted out of my order which cost me more money. Happens all the time there's no way to check those sandwiches while you're sitting in the Drive-Thru I wish they would just pay a little more attention but they're always very friendly I have to say so that counts for something in my book but overall I would really rather get what I pay for hot fries and the correct order

I’ve been to many fast food restaurants, but this one actually deserves this review. After coming here for the last three months, they have never gotten an order wrong. Something as simple as that, can be appreciated on a world that moves fast.

Probably one of the only fast food chains I will eat at anymore. This Wendy’s did not disappoint. Friendly, quick service and more often than not the food is hot and fresh.

Worse fast food place. Service extremely slow. Manager arguing with staff. Left after waiting 15 minutes with 4 people in line in front of us when we got there and 3 people in line still in front of us when we gave up and left.

Guy working drive thru speaker in June 18th was extremely rude. Extreme sarcasm with every response he gave. Will happily go somewhere else for now on.

This place was terrible!! I went inside to place an order and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. There were lots of people working, but they all just ignored me. I ended leaving without getting anything.
