Waited around 20 minutes for my food. Wasn't too upset about that. But the screen had said someone was bringing my food out around the 10 minute mark of waiting. Around 15 minutes one person walked by asking if I was ok and told them I was waiting on food. All my items were just thrown in the bags spilling the snack items and making the condiments fall off the hotdogs. And this is the grilled cheese burger. Not even the right buns. This is a constant every time I come here....

Very poor customer service, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake extra thick, the shake came, it was very soupy far from being extra thick. The young man was not pleasant, but did should to have them make it again....he brought the second shake didn't apologize for the inconvenience he just walk off and didn't say anything.
The shake was still incorrect they just added extra whip cream so I couldn't tell it was the same shake. It was still soupy.
Please Do Better With Your Customer Service!!!

Too many bad experiences to just name one incident. Sonic should not be hiring people that don't want to work and can be visibly seen having fun and joking around while people are still waiting in their car now for over 20 minutes for one simple order. Do better Sonic. Hire people that actually want to work and if you're paying them a decent wage and they still don't want to work find someone to replace them.

I was pleased with the quality of the food. It didn't take very long to get it either; however, since I drive a truck it was a little difficult to reach down and try to insert my card to pay. Midsize trucks and above may experience a similar inconvenience. Otherwise it was good.

The customer service at this Sonic is the worst. We were ready to order and the employee tells us to please wait a minute before they take our order. 5 plus minutes later we were still waiting. Oh, and hire someone with a basic understanding of the English language. We don't speak or understand mumbled ghetto talk.

My worst Sonic experience EVER and ive waited in a Sonic drive-thru line (at a different location) for like 15 minutes! I ordered using the app and checked in when I got there but they lost my order and we had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food. I would chalk this up as a one off, but the ppl around us (on both sides) were also unhappy with either their the service or the food.

Ordered an m&m/butterfinger blast and did not get butterfinger plus it was not mixed well. M&ms were mostly at top. They also didn’t split our order when I said two orders.
