Chick-fil-a

Usually a 5 star review just for the quality of service and people working there but this will mark the 2nd time of me ordering a gallon of lemonade and there being around 4-6 inches of pulp from the opening of the gallon bottle to the bottom of the bottle. We don’t mind pulp and my pregnant wife loves the lemonade but the lemonade mind already has pulp I’m having to scoop out about a inch or so of pulp out of every glass I pour it into and when you squeeze the gallon bottle it’s like eating one of those squeeze apple sauce snacks. Will still be ordering from here but just a heads up to anyone who orders the lemonade from here by the gallon you might end up like me.

Never really ever considered this an option previously based on the Chick-Fil-A sandwich I had from the 70s through the early 2000s. But I always wondered why their lines were so long, and I found out. The quality of the food is so much better. No longer do you get these processed patties anymore but real tasty chicken. Their soup is one of my favorites, especially on days where I missed lunch. I would then get 2 soups, and boy does it make you warm and fuzzy on the inside, especially when it's piping hot.

I should not have to flag down a worker to get my food I ordered 15 mins ago, while people behind me get their food before me. They came to my car and asked every name but my name. They didn't even ask what was my name to receive my order. I watched as about 4 orders were on the right side and they only grabbed the new orders coming out. Then after I flagged her down and told her my name and what I ordered she gave me my food with an attitude instead of apologizing for looking over my order. I tried to call, no answer. I do not appreciate this at all. I am a regular Chick Fila customer

This location just can never quite get it right when using the drive through. We go here weekly and I am not over exaggerating when I say that 9/10 times - they do not remember the chick-fil-a sauce. Today, the lady who confirmed my order even read off “3 chick-fil-a sauces” yet when I checked there was none in the bag. We’ve had other things forgotten at this location like fries, cookies etc, fries half full, extremely long waits but it has almost become a joke at our house with the chick-fil-a sauce. Definitely never leave the drive thru without checking that they gave you all of your order and sauces! And I’ll add that I have brought up these concerns multiple times (and will do so again today) to the manager and am usually given some sort of reward - but the issues still remain. Giving two stars because the issues are so consistent and frustrating but the food is good - obviously, because it’s still CFA! Hopefully everyone else has better experiences but we always have issues at this location - hopefully they’ll get it together eventually!

It's bad enough that this location rarely ever have drivers pull up to the stop signs so the smaller/preorders behind them can get out & not have to wait! I get home open my bag only to find another old wilted yellow salad 🤦🏽‍♀️ This is the 2nd time this month I've ordered the Kale Crunch salad that I've had to throw it away! From now on I'll be waiting until I get to Skibo or Raeford rd where I've never had a problem with bad food🤷🏾‍♀️
