Zaxby's

I'm not a frequent flyer at Zaxby's. My mother wanted to visit so I obliged. The drive-thru was busy so we decided to dine in. Upon entering you could tell the dining area was a very clean. There was only about four patrons inside. The cashiers were knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered Wings & Things, boneless with the insane sauce. Well I waited for my order to be prepared I visited the restroom. The restroom was clean and smelled sanitized. My food was ready in a timely manner considering how busy the drive-thru was. The food was fresh french fries were hot which was a plus. The insane sauce was tasty. The food was okay, but that's my opinion and my palette. Zaxby's would not be my first choice, it all depends on your taste buds. However, the experience was good, and I would rl visit again. If you have not tried it I would recommend it.

Orderd a 5ct Buffalo chicken finger plate Expecting it to come with fries and one extra slide of toast and ranch with the tendered dipped in tongue torch sauce. No I get 3 peices of toast no fries and the tenders aren’t even dipped in sauce and look weird. Waited 20 minutes at the window because the fingers weren’t ready just to be disappointed when I got home.

This was the first time I had eaten at Zaxby's in years and this meal did not disappoint! An instant smile was put on my face as I bit into the Spicy Signature Sandwich 😋 It exceeded my spicy chicken sandwich expectations 😍 The fries lit up all the best parts of my brain and now I am addicted 😅 I had been looking for some good crinkle fries for a while and these fries were seasoned in all the right places and really hit the spot. I will now get a basket of them every time I go 😂 The tea was just the right level of sweetness and complimented everything perfectly. I will definitely be back to this location!

While out and about I decided to stop in at your restaurant at 10:54 . I placed an order for 10 tenders, large fry and fried mushrooms. While DeVon was very pleasant as was the young lady at the window, the food was far from it. I live less than 2 miles and when I got home the tenders and fries were both just luke warm, but the mushrooms were very hot. Instead of going back out, I decided to just heat them up in my fryer. I'm guessing the tenders and fries were from the night before because what would be the explanation for the lack proper temperature when your establishment just opened less than 30 minutes to my arrival. The only reason for my wait was they had to cook the mushrooms. I spent $19.62 to only have to heat up my food. Obviously, this restaurant doesn't take pride in the quality of food they sell to their customers, what a shame. I have never experienced this here before. I'm certain the Health Department would find that the food temperature was not acceptable for serving as well. Very unhappy customer.

Is zero an option? Consistently I will pay for extra sauces and unless I check to see them in there they will not give them to me. They will repeat my order even saying extra sauce and I’ll check the bag and nothing. They also broke my debit card causing a huge crack on it and said I handed it to them like that. This place is trash and the employees don’t care.
