Either inexperience Management or Entitled Staff. Probably Both. Worst hostessing in 20 plus years of being a Happy Customer. served drinks..... no straws or coasters or silverware. Order taken by a server getting off (best person in whole visit). Then another person (seemed a bit tired or ?????) came and retook our order. when our food came, no butter or jam, no syrup for wife's pancakes & no waiter checking on us. When I went to waiters area and asked for syrup we still had to wait. So while I was waiting another person added if they could help and I again asked for syrup. I was told she would bring it to the table. She did but after our waiter finally showed up. still no Butter or jam. no refills on tea And no water I asked for at / after seating. As can be seen in the photos hardly any customers although many were waiting.

If only we got our food as fast as we got our check.....the food was pretty decent but the service was not. 1 hr and 45 minutes before we got our food! Our server was inattentive and though they said they were busy, I looked around at the 9 or so empty tables just in our seating area. We will never go to this location again.

I've tried calling, no response just a busy tone. I've tried to access the website, but again, the website is down.. I've contacted postmates who delivered my food... and they've told me to contact the store... i have found 2 hairs in my food, and could not eat. this is disgusting and I need someone to reach out to me ASAP or an email that i can contact regarding my negative experience. I spent 22 dollars on inedible food.

We were seated at 9:00am, ordered our food and an app. The app was delivered to the table at 9:20. After receiving our app, we sat for an additional hour and fifteen minutes waiting on our meal (which we never received). Our server was very sweet and kept refilling drinks and apologizing. I watched as the kitchen consistently filled to-go orders while a multitude of tables in the restaurant had been waiting on food as long as we had. The Manager did not come to any of the tables until the hour and fifteen minute mark, at which point we told her to cancel the entire order. As we were leaving, at least four other tables cancelled and walked out. This location is extremely poorly managed! If you know it’s going to be a busy day, as will be the case for Mother’s Day, stop accepting to-go orders and focus on the customers inside your establishment! The is absolutely disrespectful to your servers who are not making money because they cannot turn tables due to management’s total incompetence! We were told the to-go order wait time was 2 hours and they continued to accept them while the tables were still waiting on food. So angry and completely disgusted.

I love this place and have great memories of it the store is a little pricey but it has an amazing atmosphere and tons of things to choose and look at and a lot of it is rare you won't find anywhere else other than maybe online. The food is great priced and is extremely delicious. Awesome culture and environment real old-timey. If you're a fan of breakfast, southern style, western cowboy. You will love this place like me. Dinner and drinks are fantastic too and the kids love it.

This is my second time coming here in a year, coming from Connecticut, after my second daughter's high school graduation, unlike last year, the wait time was a bit longer but only because of the amount of people we had for our party, after that, just like last year, extremely fulfilling, pleasant staff, & beyond exceptional staff. My son graduates next year, will probably be there again unless they decide to go somewhere different, but this looks like their "go-to" spot, & I don't object. Great place & atmosphere, can get a bit dense in population, but it's too be expected with the way it's ran, as I just explained. And their prices are $-$$, based on your appetite.
