Bubble Tea Express

Lady at the counter was rude and when they gave us a small instead of the large we ordered, she wasn't happy to exchange the correct size. Even after seeing we paid for large. This was around 430pm on Sunday Jan 23. My son who loves this place says other times he has come he had Great Service. He was the one recommending us to all go. I also edited rating based on owner response and will re visit an update rating after.

I love this place but when I came in at 6:45 I was told they weren’t taking anymore orders and that they were closed. The website says 7 and the sign on the door says 7 so I’m a little disappointed. I’ll still come back but it is very disappointing when you leave your home and get there 15 mins before closing just to be told no, but the open sign is still on. Edit: Thank you for responding. I was going to purchase 2 galaxy lemonades. As soon as I opened the door a girl said I’m sorry we aren’t taking anymore orders because we were suppose to close at 6:30. I never even made it to the counter.

The only downside to this place is that they are always busy and only have a handful of workers at a time, so sometimes it takes a while to get your order. But honestly that is a good sign for a small business. Every drink I’ve had from here was amazing, and the menu is huge. There is truly something for everyone here.

The drinks were amazing! Customer service was bomb! The only thing I noticed was the counter tops were very dusty and things could be cleaned up in there such as walls counter tops windows floors! The seating is very awkward and I think staff should have once a month deep cleaning tasks where everything comes down off counters and is thoroughly cleaned! I also did not enjoy the smell in there it smelled like old grease. When I left my clothing still smelled of the restaurant but not in a good way.

Fast and friendly service. Ordered our favorites Strawberry lemonade cooler with pomegranate popping boba, strawberry slush cooler with strawberry popping boba, and banana smoothie with mango popping boba. As always delicious and satisfying. The kitchen was closed at that time but we would have ordered their delicious pot stickers..

I stopped by today (April 10, 2022) at 1829 to order a Boba tea. As i was walking in, 2 people were walking out with drinks in hand. Before i even made it into the restaurant, I was informed by both the workers that the restaurant was closed and they weren't serving food or drinks anymore. It confused me a little bit since the sign on the outside does state it was open and closes at 1900 and on Google it also states 1900.
