Chick-fil-a

I worked at a few different Chick-fil-A restaurants over the last 6 years, so when visiting this one I assumed the quality and speed of service would be the same as the other stores. They never pick up the phone when I call and the drive thru line always takes forever. When I place mobile orders though, they're always great because I don't have to wait! And the customer service has always been a 10/10, they're all so friendly! But overall this store is pretty slow in terms of their line inside and drive thru line, compared to pretty much every other Chick-fil-A.

This location always has both lanes lined up with vehicles BUT the waiting time's whether it's to order or receive your order is so fast. I have never had any issue's with any of the employees, they all have been super friendly. I have never had any issues with missing items in my order, and the food has always been really good. I actually prefer this location over the rest of them.

My sisters and I popped in for lunch today. We dined in and in the short time we were there we noticed Chris. Chris went above and beyond to serve everyone with kindness and a smile. While we were there he even payed for someone’s food. We couldn’t let it go unnoticed and we hope everyone gets to experience his kindness! We love Chris!!

I drive up to the window and inside the building is packed with 10 employees filling orders and helping customers, very busy and dedicated. They were quick to complete my order, and I received the highest quality chicken sandwich ever. I felt like they really cared about me. The person at the window made friendly conversation with me while my order was being made, and constantly updated me on my order even though it took only 3 mins, which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like is they had people standing next to the intercom board to take and process the order, where you look at the options before the window. The guy was just staring at me while I was deciding what to get. I felt rushed.

We ate at Chick-fil-A twice today, it just worked out that way. So many rhymes without even trying. Both times when considering our options we ended up here. It's just so tasty and their employees are polite and detail oriented. Today we tried seasonal peach lemonade and peach shakes. They're both amazing.

They were really busy only had one person on the register she was hard to understand; and we asked twice about the sauces and she said they’d come out with the order, but they didn’t. When I went to go ask for them the line was almost out the door, so I went to the side and it took over 5 minutes to get someone’s attention to get them. There chicken nuggets seem to be shrinking they’re half the size they use to be.
