This was my first time going here and I was impressed with the quality of food. It's a simple sandwich Cafe with salads, soups, and deserts. Everything tastes great. Zupas includes a free roll and chocolate strawberry at checkout. Quick service. The only reason I didn't provide 5 stars within the service department was they got my order wrong. They offered to redo it, though, which overall makes them a solid, trustworthy company. Would recommend checking out.

Oversold experience was great. I have some lower stars because the employees were terrible with the customers in front of us and behind us. Probably because they were getting ready yo close. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, Which is they got the stars they did.

Zupas is a great place to eat, whichever location you end up at. Adam at the Farmington location was great and so nice when we asked for a change with our sandwich.

I had the crab sandwich and the red pepper lobster bisque soup. It was wonderful. I would suggest anyone to try that establishment. The portions were perfect and well put together. The only bad thing was it. The store was a bit small. CH

I took my mother here for dinner. She doesn't usually have much of an appetite, but she ate all of her tomato basil soup and grilled cheese sandwich! I loved the berry salad and turkey club sandwich. I highly recommend Zupas.

I recently visited Cafe Zupas and had the pleasure of meeting Olivia, the manager. I was blown away by her warm and welcoming demeanor, as well as her outstanding customer service.
The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic.
I would highly recommend Cafe Zupas to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent customer service, thanks in large part to Olivia's efforts. She truly made the experience enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again soon!

I have never eaten here and been disappointed. The best sandwiches soups and salads and you can’t beat the chocolate dipped strawberries. Friendly workers and a nice warm atmosphere to eat. I would highly recommend Café Zupas for anybody that likes a good sandwich.
