Burger King

Not even mad at the employees, they absolutely tried their best, but my wife sat in that drive thru from 6:44-7:30. They are ridiculously short staffed. It is disgusting that who ever owns that burger kind let’s them work that short staffed. Shut down for the day if you can’t find employees don’t work them to death. There is NO excuse for that. Food was warm and the workers made sure she had everything so bless them. Whoever owns that franchise should be ashamed of themselves.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This location is god awful. Please.. go to ang other location in Fargo. I got an Uber order through here towards their closing time, which I arrived roughly 10 minutes before their drive thru closed. Nobody answered when I got to the window. I assumed they were busy because about four cars were infront of them. I was expecting a 'sorry, it'll be just a minute' or a 'sorry, we closed a little early.' But nothing. I sat at the window for 15 minutes while they gave everyone else their food and ignored me. I drive up tor the window to which nobody answered me. Tried calling the number to which nobody answered. Frustrated, I left the drive thru and pulled to the other side of the building. I had to cancel the order and leave a complaint (which I rarely do). Canceling that order makes me look bad as a delivery driver. As I'm leaving the Burger King, I watch both of them try and hide from me, acting like they aren't there. So not only was there refusal of service, but excessive wait times. And they literally dont care about you. You could drive 20 minutes to a different Burger King and get service faster, along with some actual decency.
