Fargo Billiards & Gastropub

Beer was empty before my food got here , bartender hasn’t been back in over 45 minutes . I get that they’re probably short staffed, but it’s every single time I come here… you literally have to ask a server for a drink. I wouldn’t ever bring groups here or a party, flat out the service here is absolutely horrible. The worst part about it is, it’s a great spot, they just don’t know how to run it efficiently. Also the servers argue in front of customers, and it’s kind of off putting. Dude bartender there is legit and should probably be running the place. He is the most professional and gives the best service BY FAR.

I’ve never been treated so badly at a bar before. Accused my friends of being under 21, after multiple bartenders and manager of checking ID. Accused of throwing up in bathroom just for using it. The place has potential for being a good place to hangout, but management needs to be changed. I’ve given this place many chances but every time I leave highly disappointed. Do not recommend! They shouldn’t stayed closed when they did.

Staff is overwhelmed but very friendly. Maybe the owners should take a more direct hand in their business when they're short staffed. Pool cues little rundown due to parents who can't control their unruly children and think that destruction of others property is okay. They're post covid menu is pared down but the food is excellent.

The manager was really unnecessarily rude to us. We were ID’d 3 times despite all being over 21, which was no big deal, but a little annoying as they acted as though they had ‘caught us’. Then later she came up to our group and asked “So which one of you threw up?” very accusatory despite us being nothing but respectful and calm all night. Not one of us had more than two drinks, and certainly none of us had thrown up. It was a really hostile experience.

This place is my favorite bar in Fargo. Severs, bartenders are super friendly. We had company party here and Mikey and Peyman who are managers are just above and beyond. It become my favorite bar. It’s not like some bars in town just like one bedroom apt and you can hardly move. Hopefully it stays this way bec I love it Gostropub
