Taco Bell

Below is the so called cheesy gordita crunch. The crunch wrap supreme was stale and soggy. I paid a small fortune to make my doritos locos supreme was not supreme. The whole order was cold.This was a waist of 34 dollars I should have spent elsewhere. I don't care if it was 45 minutes till the end of your shift you don't give people garbage.

I ordered a mobile order online and came to the window about 30 minutes after placed and they said it wasn’t there? I came back 5 minutes later and it was ready? Also the worker kept saying my name in a bratty manor, and also gave me a small soda of Mountain Dew when I ordered a large of a different type of drink. And I opened my box and the order was totally wrong.it still had my name on it so I know they messed it up on purpose. Terrible service.

Clean store, friendly staff and the food is what you would expect from a Taco Bell. Everything was put into the bags nicely, noting was smashed, and all the items that were ordered were prepared correctly. The nacho fries were a little cold so I'd like to see those being made fresh more often and staff being a little more attentive of how long they've been sitting and taking initiative to make new ones. Other than that no complaints about this store or taco bell, it's fast food what else is there to say.

I stopped here with my aunt tonight after volleyball. They were a little busy when we pulled in and it took a while for us to get to place our order. There was one car ahead and we again sat a while. When we did get to the window they were very polite, gave us the food free, and really just took care of us for the long wait even though we were willing to pay! I appreciate the customer service they had when they knew they were running slowly. Shout out to the crew tonight for taking care of your customers!

This used to be the taco bell to go to in Fargo. The one closest to my place was riddled with bad employees, inconsistent hours. I switched to this location. They did great for a few months. Now they're every bit as terrible. As I write this, I've been in line for 30 minutes and the line has advanced 3 cars. Meanwhile, 2 employees are out smoking in view of the line. It's insulting and terrible service. This isn't a super late night spot. This is 9 pm. I love taco bell. Why is your company allowing this?

Heard the Mexican Pizza was back at Taco Bell. I was in North Fargo, and stopped through the drive-thru. You are not able to go inside but have to go through the drive-thru. Ordered my food, and received it in a timely manner. Pulled around to the front of the store and parked. Low and behold, there was no fork to eat my Mexican pizza. Not cool. So I checked around my car, nada. The drive-thru line was super long but I had a long day ahead of me and needed a fork especially since I couldn't go inside to eat. Went through the drive-thru again, then I was told that they were all out and that I should go to the Burger King next door and get one from them. So I drove to the Burger King and they were closed as well. Pretty ridiculous since it's been close to two and a half years now. Now about the food, the Mexican pizza highly anticipated was a joke. It was sloppily put together and lacked ingredients which made for a poorly designed entree. The redeeming Factor of the meal was a simple plain taco. Now I have had better luck at the Taco Bell near West acres Mall. Every time I have gone to this Taco Bell I've been very disappointed but yet seem to keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Management really needs to do a refocus on their employees as well as their inventory. To be out of a fork or sauce is outright ridiculous especially when they keep their doors locked and shut. I highly advise not to go to this Taco Bell and instead find one of the others in the Fargo Moorhead area.

**Update. This is still the fastest, freshes, and most a curate taco bell in town. I don't care how far I have to drive to get to their inconvenient (for me) location. They are still the best. I was so pleasantly surprised. We ordered 7 different items, all customized differently and all of them came out correctly! It was fresh, fast, and efficient. The staff were friendly. They only have drive thru or delivery at the moment, but it was fast. I'm happy and will drive further to go to this store from now on.
