I've eaten here 3 times. Each time was during lunch, long lines, (I realize sometimes this can't be avoided) then after ordering and paying it was another 25 minutes to get the food... We ordered 2 burger combos. Nothing special. The food was cold I couldn't even l finish my burger it was so bad. Also they put 2 end slices of tomato on my burger. Pro tip: if your that low on something that all you have is garbage, just omit it.

The staff at this location is always so quick about making food and making it accurately. They always seem to be in a good, goofy mood and enjoying what they are doing, which is fun to see. Food comes out piping hot every time and their drive thru has always been fast for us.

I used to work at a Hardee’s in 2007-2008 and it was one of the better fast food places in town. This place is disgusting. Regular fries are ALWAYS cold and soggy, curly fries usually taste good but are rarely even warm. They gave me the wrong combo size and the burger has so much watery mayonnaise it was over the edge of the bun. Lettuce was 75% brown mush. They’re serving rotting lettuce. Disgusting. Pretty bad when Wendy’s is better then Hardee’s. I went online to give them a constructive review and it limited me to 1200 characters but doesn’t tell you until you hit submit so now I came on here to give you guys a 1 star. Change your website to give a character counter so people know before they waste their time.

Fries NOT cooked at all. Burger buns barely toasted. This just tells me employees are super lazy and the manager just doesn't care. Money will not be wasted here again.

The staff is sometimes clueless to people at the counter (the mf drive thru always full while the building empty) and the place is a little dirty but otherwise, everything is perfect! never a messed up order, DELICIOUS food, and nice employees.

Young lady with a terrible attitude told me to pull forward they need to make something, okay no big deal, I got here at 8:30 this morning, it is now 8:55 and still nothing!! Some of the absolute worst service I've ever experienced. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Could use a good scrub and some maintenance on thr exhaust fans.
