I understand busy hours during lunch time, but having done online order 10 mins before, arrived there and have to wait another half an hour then be told they have not done any pickup orders but taking walk-ins order. It is chaotic and confusing. Then they separate two waiting lines for walk-ins and pickup order, the whole mess just seems not organized. I don't have hours of lunch break to wait for my sub.

This location is in our area but we haven't been able to find an operating time to order food for months. Their site says open late, lists take-out til 10 pm, delivery til 9 pm, & dine-in only til 5 pm (updated 2 wks ago). Noone ever answers the phone and have tried many times over months. This location has been a frustrating waste of our time. I suggest that the website be taken down since they don't appear to want to accommodate customers by phone or internet and web info describes an operating business that does not appear to actually exist.

Just showed up to this location at 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon and the door was locked and nobody answered their phone. Don't know if the hours are wrong or what but went out of my way to go to this location and nobody was there. Edit: They have since contacted me and are working towards figuring out the issues at this franchise

Was on a bike ride with family by ndsu and didn't have masks, unfortunately forgot them at home. Reasturant was empty and we covered our face with what we had just too order and they still kicked us out. I understand the policy but they could of asked us to call for pick-up instead of being super rude and not even giving us time of day.

Food is usually really good. However I am upset that after being prompted to become a rewards member, I finally become one. When I asked to put my number in to claim the reward I was told it was too late as I was paying. I thought the number was going to be prompted as I played but I just ended up paying without getting to add the sandwich to my rewards. Made me kinda upset tbh

Sent in an order online for my co-workers of 12 sandwiches last summer. When I arrived they weren't started and was told by the manager on duty that I should just show up with the order and they would take care of me. This fall we did what they asked and when I showed up to order the manager on duty told me orders like this needed to be sent online or on the phone so they could accommodate. Ordered online the next time. . .sandwiches weren't done and manager on duty said I should just show up with the order. Everything else is a normal Jimmy Johns operation with no problems. Very frustrating though.
