Twist

Twist has intrigued me for awhile, so many times as I’ve walked past. I always thought the logo was really cool, and I didn’t give much thought to what the place actually was until more recently. I can now confirm that the inside and experience is just as cool as the logo! I absolutely love the vibe here, it’s just laid back and everyone enjoys themselves without being too wild or too subdued. The two bartenders were awesome, they love what they do and exude that in their service which only makes you as the customer enjoy it all the more. We only had a brussel sprouts app but it was wonderful. My friend had never tried brussel sprouts but loved these— I think that really says a lot, haha. The drinks were great, made greater by the workers enthusiasm of course. At Twist they have some fun where you can pick a couple guidelines, like your alcohol type, sweet or sour or other, and the glass type, and then the bar tender will throw something together for you. Kind of a fun mystery- a great TWIST on your typical menu. This is the place for a chill atmosphere, great drinks and genuine indulgence.

My wife and I went to Twist for the first time tonight. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had a Steak Salad and Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. No pic of the salad but it was large and very flavorful with large, tender pieces of steak. It was a killer steak!!! The tenderloin was just that. Served on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, I came away very full and satisfied. Here's a pic of my Tenderloin. My bride had the salmon. She really liked it

Good cocktails and friendly staff. The patio outside is nice, but can be hot in direct sunlight. I would recommend umbrellas or a shade of sorts to resolve. The bartender made us a specialty Strawberry Champagne on Ice, in honor of the Bruno Mars concert that night. It was delicious! I also had the Agent Blood Orange, which was a bit bitter, but still tasty.

We were visiting Fargo for two nights and some friends who live in West Fargo recommended Twist. We have visited Fargo area a few times in the past but never stopped here. We stopped last night for drinks and they had amazing specialty drinks and even made a smoked old-fashioned that was amazing. We liked it so much we returned the next night for dinner. My husband had the 3 course meal with the wine pairing and I had the steak sandwich. The food and wine were amazing and I would venture to say probably the best food and drinks we have had in Fargo. Josh the owner stopped over and spoke to us a few times. He is amazing and we wish him well. We will DEFINITELY be back!

This is by far one of the best places to drink and eat in Fargo. Possibly in North Dakota... the staff is super friendly and prompt. Never had to wait for a drink, regardless of them being fairly busy. Our bartenders name was Teddy and he took care of us the whole night! Awesome recommendations and they literally will put their own “twist” on the drink you order if you ask them too. Mixology on point!

This is our 4th visit. Sat night, 10 pm late march. I can tell spring is in the air. Ladies are clad in dresses and heels. Lots of couples. B.U.S.Y. Late night specials. Cozy First bit is chicken and waffels next is the famous Lettuce wraps. Then the amazibg street tacos and just behind those are my favorite, the bruschetta. So perfectly toastet. This is the good life.
