My daughter ordered herself, my granddaughter & I a Carmel highrise blended and brang back coffees with cubes of ice not blended and no whipped cream topped with drizzled Carmel.
This is her and my granddaughters first time having Caribou coffees which I brag about all the time & their super disappointed as well as myself. She asked rhe gal "doesn't this have whipped cream" I guess she looked confused with the question.
Never again will I get to thos location
I wish there was an option for no stars cuz the disappointment on my granddaughters face alone they don't even deserve 1

GO TO THIS PLACE A++++++ honestly, I’m not a Caribou fan because I love blended almond milk drinks, but u always get deals, THE STAFF IS LITERALLY THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY PLACE! They see me and have my coffee exactly how I want it ready as soon as they see me. They always smile and have nice things to say, and just make me wanting to come back every time! They remember their customers and I can’t say this enough, I wouldn’t want to go to any other place because of their amazing service they give. And this says a lot since it’s a coffee place ❤️

On the app though notice that the trivia questions are not coming thru an timer times ya out disappointed in that I love the trivia in morning bummer it’s not working properly 😕

We are a frequent guest at this store and often they know are similar order often as we arrive. We are a part of the rewards program and sometimes an upgrade or a free drink would be included. The Caffe mocha and the White chocolate mocha were excellent as usual, like a piece of heaven to get us going before we start the workday.

Pretty good but I've gone there many times where I stood at the counter while an employee who is on break just sits at the bar part ignoring me while the staff works the drive thru. All they have to do is say to their co-workers "hey you've got a customer". I guess I don't mind waiting but even if you are on break at least make an effort to get somebody to take my order

Very friendly! I asked for recommendations and they were very helpful and sweet. Taking good Covid precaution. Coffee and food was delicious! Everything you could want in a Caribou Coffee :)
