Mcdonald's

Cudos in customer service. My mistake in ordering sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. She handed me back my coupon and money and said breakfast is on us this morning as nice and apologetic as could be. Basically it was my bad ordering. When picking up my order in drive up window two, he questioned my quick change order and wished me a great day. Wow! Thank you for putting my faith back in drive ups and mcdonalds.

The app froze while I was 8n store. It says card notcharged till I pick up order. Well i thought it was not placed so I left. When i noticed i was charged I went to the location . he gave me my foid but said if it happens again he can not help. You mean if I pay for something I should get that some thing

There mobile order system shuts down 30 minutes before close and no one had told me that when I sent my order in, after angrily redoing my order they swiped my card and it declined 3 times the employee then preceded to ask me if I had a different card or If my fiance has some money or something we could give him and wouldn't take no for an answer keep in mind the manager was standing there the whole time going along with the employee. Embarrassed I had to leave and ended up having to cancel my order so i could get a refund wich they didn't tell me, they told me that it doesn't take the money till they push the button wich isn't true the money gets held till its fully rang through. I was a crew trainer at mcdonalds in high school on and off for 4 years and the way the staff and management handled the situation that night was unacceptable, harassing the customer to pay and getting upset at them because they have to stand outside of there car because the window isn't working isn't right at all.

At first They did not get my order even after I corrected them. The worst part was the person who gave me my order outside gave me an attitude because I didn’t understand what she was trying to tell me. She gave me a small part of order and got mad because she didn’t tell me me the rest of my order was still getting ready. I had to awhile for the rest of my food and told the employees I didn’t appreciate her attitude. Complained to the manager and I rarely ever had problems with this location.

All I’m saying is I work at a place where we don’t even have size buttons for the soda machine in drive and I get all my sodas out before I do anything else…they don’t give you the soda until the food is ready and 7/10 they forget it. Glad I have a good crew under my belt at work cuz I’d go nuts working here
