Lobby is closed only drive through. Drive through is tiny so if you have a big truck like me it a pain to go through. They are just lazy and don’t want to open the lobby! Update your status saying lobby is closed!!

Says open until 10. Stopped at 7:51, and it was closed. We usually get food from this one. Next time, please put notice on outside menu, as there were people in front of us wanting to order, as well!

I had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered my food through the drive through lane. When I got to the window, I was charged for and given the wrong meal. I asked about what I ordered and not only did she REFUSE to get me my order, but "But, because of the line of cars, I CAN'T make your order!" What a way to treat a customer? I had eaten at this location many times before, with no problems at all, but there is no excuse for what happened yesterday. That lady needs to realize she has a job because of the restaurant's customers. I hope someone from Taco John's management reads this, because I believe corrective disciplinary action is certainly warranted for what I experienced yesterday.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER, ESPECIALLY THE DRIVE-THROUGH. They have never ONCE got any of my family's orders right EVER while going through the drive-through. And if you think it's just the drive-through think again! Today my mother got three tacos less than what she ordered, and she specifically walked into the building as an effort to get the right order. Seriously, don't go here, it's not worth the money.
