Papa Johns Pizza

I order over the phone and it has always been a good experience. They make sure to get the details right and repeat your order exactly. They suggest other menu items without being pushy. I usually get a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese. This is a place that actually gives you that when you order it. You can tell with every bite. Apart from the quality, the staff is always pleasant, and watching them work together you can see they enjoy what they do and each other. So I do pick-up rather than delivery as part of the experience.

Was turning onto 32nd right next to Papa Johns yesterday around supper time. The delivery driver that was turning out behind me was smoking a cigarette license plate 171 DMH. Found it really unprofessional that they were smoking a cigarette in the same car as the food as the smoke can contaminate food. I see it as the same sort of situation of an employee smoking in front of the store rather than going to the back. As a delivery driver, you are a face of the company and to be smoking a cigarette while being a face I feel is unprofessional.

We ordered food through DoorDash and a delivery driver for this papa john's took our order as he thought he was supposed to deliver it without an address. Called spoke to a young lady and she said that since DoorDash is not part of there company they could only remake my order and resend it out. I said that since you use them that you should have control of them. At 741p we were then told that you canceled our order and issued us a refund, sure seems like someone needs better training.
