The hamburger is good. The server is awesome. He is the blond guy with long hair but we didn't get his name. Even though they were short-staffed at the BK in Fargo, he was able to handle everything well. He even gave us complimentary cookies for being patient. The tables needs some cleaning though.

Waits are always long (took over 5 min tonight to run my card, about the same for the guy in front of me), food is consistently cold or barely warm and staff needs some serious customer service training. The time of day doesn't matter, food and service are nearly always the same.

The "manager" Shaun was very un professional his attitude and maturity really unacceptable. Will probably never come back to the restaurant. I would rate it lower then a one star if it would have let me.

The girl that took my order wad to busy texting on her personal pink cell phone to even ask if it was take out or dine in. Also so distracted that she took my money walked away and after about 5 min of me stil standing at the counter she came back to ask. Is there something else i can help you with. I very nicely said I would like my change from the $20 I gave you. She rolled her eyes Gave a little snort of air out her nose and grabbed a thing of keys opening up the till. Instead of handing me my change she looks at me and says here as she throws it onto the counter top.

Nice fairly new BK. Nice modern clean decor. Playland available as well if you have small kids. However I didn't like the graphic menu board - it's hard to read/refer to when it's changing every 3 seconds.

Slowest worst Burger King/fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Burgers had no pickle on them and barely any ketchup and mustard but yet the prices have gone up. Terrible.

Stopped in for lunch. They were super busy but had the best service. The food was made right and everything was hot and fresh. Staff was very pleasant. Definitely a great place to go. Management doing a great job.

Are you looking to spend long quality time in your vehicle, waiting for food that may or may not be correct when you receive it? Then you found the restaurant for you. Pretty sure this is the worst drive through in the country.
