Got there about three, it wasn't crowded. There was fast and courteous service. The place has a nice feel to it. Mood here is similar to Fresno's scene.

They are amazing. So much so that me and my wife ate a sub there and I got 3 to go. Try the Bronx pastrami sub(It's slap yo momma good). Their was only one lady in there handling orders and she was great! Very kind and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.

Have been to Smiling Moose a handful of times in the past and it's always been delicious. I recently have had to cut out gluten for medical reasons so I tried the gluten free baguette offered (for 3 extra dollars) and it was really disappointing. Extremely crumbly, which made eating my sandwich almost impossible to eat, anyone who has had to navigate the gluten free world knows what I'm talking about. I wouldn't get it again for how expensive it was. The only redeeming factor was the inside of my sandwich.

This place is so good. If you want a cheesy, gooey, delicious sandwich, this is the place. Great for lunch. Service is terrific. The owners and staff care about their customers. (Tip: Go with the "Mighty" size.)

The man working the register was very kind and patient while I looked at the menu. He even took out tomatoes in the soup for me. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name but he had long hair. Hope you guys are paying him well though.

I’ve been to Smiling Moose Downtown many times and it’s been awesome every single time up until yesterday. I walked in and an employee had just finished up on the phone with who I presume was a manager regarding job performance. He immediately started complaining to his other coworker in the back about this phone call. This went on for about 5 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there to order my lunch. I left disappointed and got lunch somewhere else, but I’m positive that my next experience will be a good one. I’m just concerned that if it was someone that hadn’t been there before, they would’ve left extremely frustrated and would never go back.
