Oriental Chow Mein Co.

First of all. I opened the box and the gravy and noodles were in there along with an empty packet of Crystal Lite or some and 3 building blocks. Like oversized Legos. They were kind of old because they were marked up. Anyway. I made the chow mein. Put onions celery ground beef bean sprouts 8 cups of beef broth and mixed 3 heaping tbls mixed into a cup and a half of water. Tasted nothing like chow mein. What did I do wrong? It was very bland.

So disappointed. Always loved but now noodles have overwhelming chemical smell and taste. Happened a few times last year and was never going to buy again but... figured I’d give it another try only to be disappointed again chemical noodles that ruined our meal and went in garbage. Don’t understand how these can even be sold they are totally inedible. Will NEVER buy again. Sticking to take out chow mein for some reason their noodles haven’t been ruined.

I grew up with this product. It is most definitely NOT the same. I recently bought two boxes and had to throw them both away! PUKE AWFUL! Something is way, way off here. The product was purchased two days ago and is not expired. The gravy powder used to be in a yellow envelope, now it is in a white one. The noodles are COMPLETELY GROSS! What the heck happened? Will NEVER buy again! It's just too bad, it was a family staple growing up. What happened to this once great product? BUYERS BEWARE, it is not the same great product as it once was!!!! JUST NASTY! THE NOODLES WERE RANCID.
