The absolute BEST Dunks in Fall River. The nicest employees and a great manager, I know from experience because I now work here. Everyone is very personable and helpful. I've havent seen a rude employee yet and don't think I ever will. Stop by and see us at Pleasant St Dunks!!!

Horrible service man Taking my order was rude keep huffing and puffing into the mic and was mumbling under his breath. Made both coffees wrong with no sugar. This used to be a good dunkin now it is full of workers who don't know how make coffee

Used to be good but all the new workers don’t know how to make coffee. Plus they are not wearing masks. Every other Dunkin I have gone to wears a mask. It’s just disgusting to be honest.

Very disappointed with this particular dunkin! I use to go here all the time! Now there carkie unprofessional and at times rude. They are ALWAYS complaining about there time and that it needs to be quicker faster...???? Whatever that means for them in the drive thru. But I loaded my card just so I could get double points for ordering and paying with it. WELL NORMALLY THE LADIES ON QUARRY ST WILL SCAN MY CARD THEN MY LOYALTY ID QR CODE. BUT SHE NEVER SCANNED MY LOYALTY QR CODE SO I GOT NO POINTS AT ALL. I WAS SO MAD. BC I USE THE APP BC I BUY COFFEE EVERY SINGLE DAY. THERE JUST TO PUSHY. ILL DEFF STAY WITH QUARRY ST ONE EVERY DAY FROM NOW ON. TY

If you're on the run and you don't like Honey dew or any of these other coffee shops then I suggest Dunkin but if you do make time to make your own at home before you leave I prefer doing that. Dunkin's coffee has not been in the same in years
