Mcdonald's

It seems like the friendly and courteous staff has been replaced by grumpy I dislike my job woman. The couple of times I went to get a coffee and breakfast tortilla she was cold and had a most grumpiest expression on her face. I found out later that she is the general manager of the Fairview McDonald's! I used to not mind the slow service because they had such friendly and courteous employees. Now I know why those workers left. Horrible service! The only time it is friendly is when there is a Robert who has a friendly and professional voice. And a couple of others who smile and say sorry if order is slow. Other than that Yikes I am not going there ever again. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work with a grumpy manager.

They really need more help. We ordered online and sat in our spot for 20 minutes with no word on our order. We went in to check on our food and there was only 4 workers. Our food wasn't even ready. We waited 10 more minutes inside the store for our food.. The front worker was so stressed out due to no help. I felt sorry for her.

Wow, where to begin. This is easily the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. First of all, the lady who gave me our food was extremely rude. I told her she forgot one of my cups and she rolled her eyes before begrudgingly getting me another. The food itself was utterly awful. The fries were cold. The burger had sauce applied very unevenly with lettuce spilling out the sides. The tomatoes were virtually non-existent. But, to cap it all off, they somehow forgot the CHICKEN on the McChicken. I guess that makes it just a Mc? Tldr: Avoid this place at all costs.

We used to get great service and food was fast, correct and fresh! I would drive out of the way to go here because of the reliability. This update is for 9/28/19 The staff they have now is less that good! And the care and quality of the food has gone down hill. The lettuce was rotten, yes rotten! And the bun was so burnt that it was distugsting! Tried to just eat the chicken but it had an odd flavor. Had to throw the sandwich out! Pathetic!

I go often for autistic child , he loves mcdoubles no pickle. Its always very very old black patties with pickle imprints in old cheese. I've had to drive to Bellevue just for him to eat. It saddens me. It can't be that hard to create warm, new, food. We use the app and curbside for this specific reason so they aren't rushed.

This McDonald's is always awful! They have never once got my order right on the first try. When I go back in to have the correct it they act bothered or inconvenienced. The management is awful, they don't care about the customers at all. I only go here out of convenience because there is very little in the way of fast food in Fairview. Hardee's will definitely impact their business.
