My gosh, best muffin (Morning Glory) I believe I've ever had! Not overly sweet, crisp on top, excellent flavors, ultra-fresh. And, excellent bagels in traditional style (not bready, firmer on outside while chewier on inside, and very flavorful and fresh as well). We'll be making the extended drive from Weaverville out to Rise Above often.

Great food, great coffee, great prices! Love the chipotle aioli on the breakfast bagel sandwiches. A lot of add on options for breakfast sandwiches! Friendly staff. Wish they had indoor dining (looks like they used to) and almost got hit a ton of times in the parking lot just parked sitting there.

Delicious breakfast options! They have really good bagels and biscuits which you can customize with multiple options. Their coffee is just drip coffee, so we don't really go here for fancy coffee drinks. There is usually a wait on weekends, so either order online or be prepared to hang out for a bit! Would love if they could get a bigger parking lot, but it's not that big of a deal since we usually just grab food and go. Always recommend them when friends visit town!

Rise Above's bagels are absolutely delish!!! We tried them for the first time (everything & pretzel), and will certainly be calling this our go-to for bagels! Great outer crust with soft center. Friendly team!

DEFINITELY THE BEST BAGELS EVER!!!
In Fairview, unassuming small building with wonderful coffee and excellent bagels. Their coffee is delicious. I had the medium roast and came back to buy some beans to bring home. We came by every day while on vacation because we couldn't resist the fresh, crusty bagels. Notable mention to the jalapeño bagel- if you like it hot.... This one has fresh jalapeños and it's fantastic! They also make loaves of bread but we didn't get to try those. No doubt they are delicious.

I was told this is the go-to bagel spot in Asheville, so had to try it. It was good. Staff was super friendly and the bagels got the job done. Lots of neat treats here, definitely check them out.
