This place is alright. Super friendly staff. Clean and neat on the inside. The pizza itself is alright. For the price it's ok. The crust is soggy and the pizzas seems to be undercooked. The choices are great for making your own pizza.

My wife and I really enjoyed the food here. Think Chipotle, but for pizza. Even the decor has a similar feel to it. We went at an odd time, so no wait. Food was done fast and correctly, tasted great! Need to get back there to try more combinations from the menu (I had BBQ sauce, chicken, pineapple - was really good).

Great concept and super fast and fresh pizza! Was delighted to see that the menu changed to include larger size pizzas as well as the original personal size. Way quicker to grab a large pizza and bring it back than waiting for delivery, tho they do offer delivery service.

I ordered a small sausage pizza with artichoke hearts and black olives. I was told my total is $13.90! No way! When I protested, I was told they had made me a MEDIUM pizza and that’s how much it was. Ghey were snotty and unapologetic...was made to feel stupid, for their mistake. ( and expected to pay for it!) This was one pitiful looking pizza, compared to the many being made around it with loads of ingredients. Just wondering if everyone is made to feel stupid on their first visit there? I’d never been there before, never seen their pizzas before, so how was I to know they were not making the size that I requested? I live in the area, but had never been there before, since my husband is not a PIzza fan. With him out of town, I thought it was a perfect Night for me to try out Pizza Fire. I’ll certainly make sure that I tell everyone who recommended Pizza Fire to me, of the horrible treatment I received.

If you are into the brick oven cooked pizza with a light crust and fresh ingredients this is certainly the place to go if you want it fast and not have to be seated and served like olive garden or other Italian restaurants. You have it your way fresh fast and prepared in front of you. If you favor places like pizza hut it may not be for you. If you never tried a brick oven cooked pizza you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Probably one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. I ordered the "award winning" margherita pizza and the sauce tasted straight out of a can, no doctoring up or anything. Also got the buffalo chicken salad and it was edible but the fact it was $9 was a huge rip off. It tasted like something I pay $4 for from the giant eagle deli. I hate leaving negative reviews on things but the fact we had a $32 order and it was just terrible, I felt compelled to share my experience. Maybe they were just having an off day but it was bad enough we will not be giving pizza fire a second chance.

Despite not being what I ordered, the pizza I got was good. However, the service was sub par. I told 3 separate people what I wanted and still got the wrong thing. The first went straight into the back for 5 minutes right after I told him what I wanted, the second person started making multiple garlic bread/cinnamon bread after I told him what I wanted, and the third person thought I was ordering what the person behind me ordered. Maybe don't take someone's order if you weren't ready to work on it immediately. And it wasn't crowded or anything so I can't really give them the benefit of the doubt.

Not your traditional pizza, but tasty nonetheless. It's awesome that you pick your toppings in what I like to call a cafeteria line and they build your pie right there before your eyes. Recommend.
