Starbucks

I go here like two to three times a week because there is no where else in this area to get coffee. I paid for a venti via mobile order and received a tall but I didn’t want to complain because I also work customer service. I always order no whip, and there’s always a 50/50 chance that I’ll get whipped cream. Today I ordered an iced white mocha with caramel syrup (what I get every time) and when I confirmed the caramel syrup at the window she said she didn’t but my drink was already made and did I want her to put caramel sauce on top. Again, I work retail so I hate when people complain, but I truly think she should have at least offered to remake my drink. Starbucks is kind of a huge thumbs down as a corporation anymore.

Well the coffee is okay I don't like their politics and probably will not go back. It's sad when a company and the individual stores boast their political views. I would come here to relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee however I will not return. I instead choose to support veteran-owned businesses. I highly recommend that you try out Black rifle coffee. Even if you're not a gun person this is not what it's about. This is a veteran-owned and veteran employed coffee company that makes in my opinion better coffee than Starbucks or anyone else. Yes you do have to order the coffee but it is worth it.
