This location of Refuge offered pour overs, unlike the other location. Their coffee was balanced and good but did not have any vibrant tasting notes.

Very cute, local, friendly coffee shop. The coffee itself was good. I'm a Caramel flavor kinda gal, and if it's not available I immediately get disappointed, lol but still choose and try something new 🙂 The coffee here is good.

What a great place to get an excellent cup of coffee or just hang out and relax. A real community hot-spot that is serves delicious cup of coffee with a healthy side of Southern hospitality. It's just what I thought a community coffee spot was suppose to be. Glad I found it.

Whether you have an espresso and milky drink or a simple black coffee you simply can't go wrong at Refuge. Best coffee in the area by a long shot! I suggest a cappuccino.

Great find in the heart of Fairhope…excellent coffee - barista was great. Flavor of the coffee was amazing - if you are looking for a good cup of coffee and enjoy it in a comfortable and welcoming environment - Refuge Coffee needs to be at the top of your must visit places!!

Decided to check out Refuge while visiting Fairhope for vacation. I visited both locations on my trip and was very pleased! The people were warm and welcoming, the coffee was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was spot-on. Make sure you check 'em out when in Fairhope!☕👏
