Firehouse Subs

My company was called upon to perform a cleanup job after hurricane Sally, we gathered a team & got to work. Part way through the day i went to town for food to feed my crew. My first place was a pizza shop next door..they were extremely rude upon my arrival, so i went over to firehouse subs, not only was i greeted by super friendly employees, but the store was super clean the customer service great but the food was excellent! thank you so much Firehouse!!

This place is so busy and even yet each employee greets you when you walk in. The manager is always out front working and the subs are perfect and consistent My favorite a hook and ladder on wheat , fully involved. I always feel great after eating here. Don’t be afraid of a long line, you’ll still get your sub very quickly.

My sister and I was not greeted when we waked in like every other customer. When we got to the register the lady said " I'm not gonna let you keep coming in my store using this coupon" My sister had been there earlier and used her T-Mobile Tuesday coupon on her phone that allows for one purchase per phone. We then informed the worker, Rosetta, that our mother was too sick to come in and that we had her phone to make a purchase. Rosetta replied " oh well, this is your last sandwich". I think that was incredible rude in todays climate. Then came my turn in line. Rosetta said " what do you want". It one thing to be rude to everyone it another to be rude to every black person in the store. The white woman behind me was greeted with a warm welcome and the black man behind her was asked what do you want. This is unacceptable. Do better Rosetta

This is the best Firehouse Subs that I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I frequent this location at least a few times a month, and they are 100% always welcoming and on point with their accuracy. My order choices are usually weird, so I'm used to places getting them wrong; I never have that problem here. The team here smiles at me, remembers my name, and they are either really good actors or they actually do enjoy their jobs! If you are sick of McDonald's quality customer service (and food), try this place. They never let me down.
