Jac & Do's Pizza

I thought Rapid fire would be different to other pizza chains like dominos but, it is more or less the same. Only thing that puts them apart is the way they make their dough and the toppings being visible to customers. The crust was perfectly cooked and crispy. Cheese stayed on slice and melted well. I liked the taste, wouldn't say it is better than dominos. All in, good pizza.

The worst experience Ever!!! I have been going to this place for past 5 years.. never experienced anything like this. Myself and my buddy go in, to get a take out - the server was mean outright for no reason. Ordered self custom thin crust and bread sticks. They only have cheddar, and when we asked about Mozzarella, the server was like ‘you didn’t see the note on the glass door? We don’t have it’ Of course we didn’t see it, if not why would I ask? Dumbo! I asked if they stopped Mozzarella all together or if it’s a one time thing. The server replied ‘what kind of pizza place doesn’t do Mozzarella’ I mean at this point I’m not sure if it’s worth saying anything. So just got our food and stepped out. We realized the bread sticks are not cooked when we opened it in the car, the dough is not raised and the breadsticks are transparent in color and is very chewy/under cooked. We went back to ask about it and the same guy replied ‘it is what you get.. we put that in the oven and sometimes it raises and cooks well sometimes it doesn’t raise and this is how it is’ he said ‘I’ll put another breadstick in the oven but he guarantees it’ll be the same way’. I said that never happened in my last 5 years of experience. He replied ‘well I don’t make a dollar off of this store to lie to you’. At this point, we’re done and stepped out! If you ever had garlic breadsticks at Rapid fired, you know they are fluffy and well cooked. Wish I had taken a picture. Was so mad with the attitude, we just dumped the thing in trash can! There was no refund nor any concern about the food quality. I don’t understand how can a food item be inconsistently cooked depending on how the oven performs? Makes no sense to me… especially at a chain restaurant! Probably not gonna visit this place again.. sad part - these breadsticks are my fav and was introducing them my buddy. Bad timing!
